Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct secure, confidential remote therapy sessions for individuals and groups, ensuring a safe digital environment for clients to share their emotional and behavioral struggles.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to gain insights into clients' emotional, social, and mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans directly aligned with their goals.

• Provide immediate support during crises, employing intervention strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of clients facing urgent challenges.

• Assist clients in navigating community resources, social services, and support networks, enhancing their overall quality of life and improving access to essential services.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with established legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with fellow social workers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, discussing client progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Educate clients on coping skills, effective communication, and self-care methods, empowering them to manage their mental health autonomously.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be individuals from diverse demographics seeking therapy for a variety of emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial challenges. You will work with clients experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and significant life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a relevant field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
