Mobile Home Community Manager
Osprey Management
Osprey Management seeks a Mobile Home Community Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing, and resident relations for a manufactured home community. You’ll manage rent collection, vendor coordination, maintenance requests, and park rules enforcement while ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction. Partner with ownership on budgets, reporting, and capital projects. Ideal candidates bring strong property management experience, fair housing knowledge, and excellent communication skills, plus comfort with software tools for reporting and resident management in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
