Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct a variety of routine and specialized laboratory tests on patient samples.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Ensure precise and timely reporting of test results to medical staff.
- Follow safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to interpret results and assist with patient care.
Qualifications:
- Certification: ASCP or an equivalent certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT).
- Experience: Previous clinical laboratory experience is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Expertise: Strong skills in laboratory techniques, with keen attention to detail and record-keeping.
- Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
