This position requires an experienced healthcare recruiting professional with knowledge of and experience in recruiting, screening, credentialing and onboarding a variety of Healthcare Professionals (Physician, Nursing and Ancillary) and Medical Administrative staff within Government Contracting. ERP is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability and Veteran.ResponsibilitiesSpecific Tasks and Responsibilities:Manages all assigned healthcare job postingsMaintenance of job requisitions in ERP's Applicant Tracking System, including progress notes and updatesPipelining of qualified candidates for on-going requirementsScreens applications against job performance work statement qualificationsCandidate first contact, follow-up, and close-outInitial collection of and primary source verification of core credentialing documentsVerification and validation of candidate referencesProfile creation for submission of candidatesCoordinates interviews with Hiring Managers and customersCompletes incumbent capture and processingNetworks with industry, references, and contacts to develop leadsSolicits current staff and customers for referralsConducts pre- and post-sales market salary analysisMay attends career fairs, trade shows, etc…Communicates daily with Hiring Managers on status of requisitions, candidates, etc…QualificationsEducation and Experience Required:2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience, preferably within Government contracting environmentKnowledge of Federal RFP/RFQ process and Performance Work StatementsA solid understanding of the staffing market: services, competitors, technologies, trends, and contractsAssociate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferredAdditional Skills/Qualifications:Must be able to multi-task and manage numerous requisitions simultaneouslyMust be able to meet short deadlines and quick turn-around times, within budgetMust be able to work independently
