• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and support staff

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs
• Develop and implement IEPs, closely monitoring student progress and modifying strategies as necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and reporting requirements
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers to ensure student success
• Support social, emotional, and academic growth, promoting an inclusive classroom setting
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development as needed
