Neuroscience Sales Representative (Pittsburg North) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Neuroscience Sales Representative for the Pittsburgh North territory to drive sales of neuroscience products, primarily CAPLYTA®, through engagement with healthcare providers. The role combines territory management, clinical knowledge development, and strategic resource allocation within compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and meet forecasts within assigned Pittsburgh North territory through in-person and virtual HCP engagement
• Develop and communicate superior product knowledge and clinical evidence to healthcare professionals on approved indications and efficacy
• Manage assigned budget and expense resources to achieve territory and therapeutic objectives
• Create local strategic and tactical business plans with district manager and monitor market dynamics and key influencers
• Maintain accurate administrative records including call data, customer objectives, sample inventory, and expense reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• One or more years of sales experience
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical compliance and ethical guidelines
• Ability to develop clinical product and disease state knowledge
• Independent sales proficiency and territory management skills
