Job DescriptionOur Hiring Partner is building the next generation of AI-powered solutions for legal, compliance, and regulatory workflows, and they're looking for 2-3 Founding Account Executives to join their team in New York City.In order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.This is not your typical AE role.You'll work directly with the Founders to build the go-to-market motion from scratch, shape the sales strategy, and help define customer segments, pricing, positioning, and pipeline generation for a venture-backed AI company at an early stage.What You'll Be Doing:? Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close? Building pipeline through outbound, networking, events, and creative GTM initiatives? Experimenting across enterprise and mid-market customer segments? Partnering directly with Founders on sales strategy and market feedback? Helping create the playbook that future sales hires will followWhat We're Looking For:? 3-6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience? At least 1 year as a full-cycle AE at a high-growth or early-stage startup? Proven history of exceeding quota (150%+ attainment preferred)? Strong outbound prospecting and hunting mentality? Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from zero-to-one? Demonstrated drive through rapid promotions, entrepreneurship, athletics, academics, or other high-achievement environmentsBonus Points For:? Enterprise sales experience? Experience selling into regulated industries or life sciences?
