Coverage Area: Palm Beach County (Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)
Compensation & Earning Potential
- Pay-per-visit model: $70$75 per visit + Medicare differential pay
- Average full-time earnings: $95,000 $120,000+

Your Role as a Home Health Physical Therapist
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
- Complete documentation using streamlined technology

- Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license
