Integrity Trade Services is IMMEDIATELY hiring for a Material Handler/Receiving clerk at our client that is a worldwide distributor of mechanical and electrical components and is located in Rockdale, IL.

MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 60 POUNDS

Responsibilities:

• Understand and utilize system screens to monitor and move workload through the system.
• Work closely with operations to identify and eliminate overages, shorts and damages causing inventory issues
• Material handler
• Load and unloading trucks
• Pulling parts
• Data entry - bill of lading
• Knowledge of UPS and FED EX
• Experience with sit down forklifts

Qualifications

• Two years experience with material handling, computers, data entry and picking orders
• Experience with sit forklifts
• Basic understanding and application of Microsoft office suite
• Two to Four (2-4) years of experience in a Warehouse environment in the areas of shipping
• Ability to be punctual in attendance and timely on meeting project deadlines

• IL Paid Leave for All Workers

An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave

• 401(k) with company match for eligible employees.

Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are: 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution. As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
