Assistant Principal
The purpose of the position is to increase student achievement by engaging in the following: supervision of teachers, data management, professional support for teachers, and program implementation. The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, supervision of teachers, data management, professional support for teachers, and program implementation. The position requires a deep knowledge of best practices, current instructional programs, and content. It also requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret common professional and technical journals, financial reports, governmental regulations, and legal documents. The position demands meeting deadlines with severe time constraints and the ability to work additional time in order to meet reporting deadlines.
