This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility and convenience for our staff. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a structured schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms, addressing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

• Establishing a trusting and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and emotions.

• Collaboratively working with clients to define their personal goals and develop actionable strategies for achieving them.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions to guide clients through their therapeutic journeys.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in compliance with clinical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, addressing various mental health concerns. You will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of individuals facing challenges related to personal growth, relationship dynamics, and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current and valid licensure to practice independently as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Proven experience in conducting therapy and developing treatment plans to facilitate patient healing.

• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build rapport and trust in a remote environment.

• Competency in utilizing digital therapy platforms and tools effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with at least two years of experience in mental health counseling are preferred. Experience in online therapy sessions and familiarity with telehealth protocols will be a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
