Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution, with a focus on social work, counseling, or psychology.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a mental health specialist (e.g., LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing psychotherapy, with proven skills in addressing adult client needs.

• Robust knowledge and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.

• Strong written communication skills for effective documentation of therapeutic sessions and compliance with legal standards.

• A clean disciplinary record with no past actions taken against your professional license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive year-round salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, with an additional opportunity for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
