Order Entry Clerk

*Position Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated *Industrial Order Entry Representative* to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical to maintaining efficient operations and delivering exceptional service to our B2B customers.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Accurately process customer orders and returns within ERP systems
* Serve as a primary point of contact for B2B customers, ensuring timely and professional communication
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales and Engineering, to support order fulfillment
* Maintain and manage detailed product and order information
* Ensure accuracy in pricing, taxes, and order data entry
* Provide phone and administrative support as needed
* Assist other departments based on business needs

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (O365, Word, Excel)
* Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

* Entry-level candidates with relevant data entry and administrative experience will be considered
* Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing settings is highly desirable

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
