Senior Quality Control Inspector

Stryker seeks a Quality Control Inspector to perform inspections on medical device packaging, production lines, and manufacturing processes. The role ensures products meet company and FDA standards while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality system integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections on packaging, production lines, incoming materials, and finished products
• Verify raw materials, in-process items, and finished products meet company and FDA standards
• Record inspection results and handle accepted or rejected products appropriately
• Interact with customers and vendors to resolve inspection and component issues
• Support development of quality system procedures and may lead shop floor activities

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 1–3 years manufacturing environment experience
• Quality Assurance training preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend English instructions verbally and in writing
• Strong attention to detail and mental focus in detail-oriented work
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines

Compensation: $26.20/hr
