Transit Homeless Outreach Field Lead

Bowery Residents' Committee (BRC) seeks an Outreach Supervisor to conduct outreach to homeless individuals in NYC subway hubs, including joint efforts with MTAPD or NYPD. You will supervise shift staff, onboard new team members, and lead trainings on engagement and recognizing mental illness. You will ensure safety, coordinate services with supervisors, maintain case data, and provide emergency first aid as needed.
