Strategic Growth & Account Manager Digital Health Partnerships
Our telehealth and digital health business is growing fastreally fast. We've doubled in just the last three months and we're not slowing down. We're looking for a Strategic Growth & Operations Manager who thrives in high-velocity environments and knows how to turn operational complexity into scalable opportunity. This is a critical role supporting our digital health and telehealth clients. You'll wear multiple hats across operations, client strategy, analytics, and business expansionhelping us grow our footprint and optimize how we partner with the most innovative virtual care companies in the country.
What You'll Do:
- Own key digital health partnerships from onboarding through growththink high-volume, high-impact
- Analyze purchasing and prescribing trends to uncover areas for growth and operational improvement
- Identify gaps in client experience or fulfillment operations, and collaborate cross-functionally to close them
- Build repeatable processes to support scaling partnerships efficiently and effectively
- Serve as a key point of contact for telehealth clientsunderstand their needs, anticipate challenges, and create value
- Pitch expanded therapeutic categories and medication offerings to help partners grow with us
- Represent the company at digital health and pharmacy-related conferences, events, and client meetings
- Collaborate closely with pharmacy operations, fulfillment, and leadership teams to drive shared success
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a fast-moving telehealth, ePharmacy, or digital health environment
- A mind for process + a heart for partnershipsthis role is equal parts ops and relationship management
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate messy data into clear priorities and business actions
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Natural curiosity and a drive to improve, innovate, and push things forward
- Excellent communication and presentation skillsyou can flex between internal strategy sessions and client-facing conversations with ease
- Experience supporting high-volume fulfillment, client onboarding, or operational scale-up is a big plus
