Position Summary:
The Project Executive will oversee multiple interior construction projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, company standards, and financial targets. This role is ideal for a senior leader with deep experience in tenant improvement build outs and fit outs in empty and occupied environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive oversight of multiple interior office building construction projects across New Jersey and New York.
• Lead project strategy, planning, and execution in collaboration with operations, estimating, and field teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long term partnerships.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and risk management plans to ensure profitability and performance.
• Support business development efforts and contribute to winning new work.
• Mentor Project Managers and ensure team alignment with company values and goals.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in interiors/tenant improvement commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success managing large scale office building projects
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and forecasts.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
• Japanese speaking a huge plus!
