Embark events are anything but ordinary. From a multi-day executive retreat in Virginia's Blue Ridge Mountains to carefully curated client dinners, every event we produce is designed with intention. You'll be the one translating that intention into execution — with a sharp eye for detail and an instinct for the hospitality touches that make people feel genuinely taken care of. Beyond the events themselves, you'll own the client NPS process — closing the loop on feedback, tracking satisfaction trends, and making sure every experience we create is deepening relationships and building the kind of client loyalty that drives Embark's growth. This role is hands-on and high-visibility. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership, and you'll travel to bring events to life in person.
