Administrative duties as described in responsibilities. Job Type: Full-timeWorkplace Type: Hybrid, Flex for your day, 3 days per week in person*Required to be in the office 5 days a week during the training period. Office Location: Gaithersburg, MDFLSA Status: Non-Exempt  What you will do:Always provide excellent client service to all internal and external clientsAnswer telephones and email messages in friendly, prompt, and professional mannerMonitor phone lines and help the next call in the queueReceive and convey important information in a timely fashion Process, schedule and follow up on quoted jobs from the time they are routed until they are sent to billingProcess, schedule and follow up on contracted service inspectionsProcess daily and weekly time for Service Technicians and ApprenticesEnsure by the end of the day that each technician is informed of their schedule for the following dayUtilize all functions within Wennsoft, SharePoint, and other utilized software systemsMonitor and respond to all email and voicemail messages received by Command Center and yourself in a timely fashionAssist all Service Technicians and Apprentices continually; updating contract obligations, maintaining their schedules, issuing purchase orders for supplies/ parts ordered, verify accurate time entries, and proactively assisting with client communications.Other duties as assigned What we're looking for:High School diploma or equivalent experience and education required2 years of administrative and client service experience Dispatch experience is a plusStrong computer skills, proficient in MS Office Positive, resilient, self-starter, takes initiativePunctual, multi-tasker, reliable, organized, detail-orientedStrong client service and time management skills, team player, works well with others, friendlyExcellent communication and phone skills, motivated, works well under pressure and deadlines Physical Requirements:Sitting for extended periods of timeAbility to work in standard office environment We offer:Excellent pay and benefitsGreat and supportive work environmentProfessional training and growthGenerous educational assistance programRecognition and outstanding co-workers! If you are interested in joining the Boland team, please apply through the company website: We want to hear from you! Boland is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
