Sales Manager

Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Merritt Island, FL, responsible for driving membership growth and partnership development for the Longevity Day Club. This role oversees the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, outreach to families and referral sources, and closing new memberships and partnerships.

The Sales Manager will build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, senior services, and local businesses to increase awareness and referrals. Daily activities include conducting tours and presentations, organizing community events, tracking sales metrics and pipeline activity, and collaborating with operations and marketing teams to align messaging and service offerings. The role also involves developing local market strategies, gathering feedback from members and families, and continuously refining sales approaches to support the Club’s mission and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales management, business development, or account management, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or wellness services.
• Strong skills in relationship-building, client outreach, and community networking with families, referral partners, and local organizations.
• Proficiency in prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management using CRM tools and basic sales analytics.
• Ability to deliver clear, compelling presentations and tours, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience organizing or supporting local events, workshops, or educational sessions to drive engagement and brand visibility.
• Comfort working on-site with older adults and their families, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a service-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-evolving environment.
• Knowledge of or interest in healthy aging, wellness, cognitive health, or longevity-focused services is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work legally in the United States and availability to work occasional.
