Part-Time Accounting Assistant

Job Description Job Description Looking for an Accounting Assistant with 2-3 years of experience , who can support the Accounting Manager by handling the day-to-day execution and administrative work of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Responsibilities
Assisting bookkeeper with various duties
Use QuickBooks to enter sales orders
Assist clients with questions on invoices and payment terms
Research invoice discrepancies and communicate with client
Collect timecards and enter into ADP system for processing
Proficient in Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks Hours: Monday-Friday from 9:00am-3:00pm
