Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Westborough Office Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and growth. Manage and mentor a team of adjusters and support staff, fostering a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Build and maintain relationships with clients and insurance carriers. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve operations. Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Insurance, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the insurance adjusting industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and regulations.
