NOW HIRING: STRUCTURAL WELDER / FITTER (MIG & TIG)
We are seeking skilled Welders and Structural Fitters to join our team in Tulsa. If you have solid experience with MIG, TIG, or structural fitting, can read blueprints, and know your way around a tape measure, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Welding & Fabrication: Perform MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding on structural components according to job specifications.
- Fitting & Assembly: Read and interpret blueprints/drawings to accurately measure, align, and fit structural components.
- Quality & Safety: Maintain high standards of safety, ensure tight tolerances, and perform quality checks on finished welds.
- Teamwork: Work alongside shop team members to keep projects moving efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience as a Structural Fitter, MIG/TIG Welder, or Structural Welder.
- Strong blueprint reading skills and proficiency with a tape measure and hand tools.
- High attention to detail and good problem-solving ability.
- Ability to pass the required hands-on weld/fit test.

- Fitters Test: Tee bar horizontal (MIG & Flux Core)
- Structural Weld Test: 3G MIG (Downhill) & Flux Core (Uphill)
