Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate patient mental health needs and develop an understanding of their life circumstances and challenges.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
• Provide both individual and group psychotherapy sessions, facilitating discussions that promote healing, self-awareness, and coping skills development among participants.
• Respond adeptly to crises, using de-escalation techniques and evidence-based intervention strategies to ensure patient safety and well-being.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in electronic medical records systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
