Facilities Technician II Location: South Columbus (Rickenbacker Area) Schedule: 2nd Shift (2:30 PM-11:00 PM) Type: Temp-to-Hire What You'll Do Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Troubleshoot building automation, HVACR, chiller, and power systems Complete general building maintenance, including lighting, carpentry, painting, and repairs Support facility operations by moving equipment and maintaining building infrastructure Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs Document maintenance activities and work orders Requirements 2-4 years of facilities maintenance experience EPA Universal Certification Proficiency with hand and power tools Basic computer skills Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred Qualifications Experience in commercial, industrial, or manufacturing facilities Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience with preventive maintenance programs Why Join? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
