Brand Technical Specialist

Role Responsibilities Deliver presales solution design and technical validation for AI (watsonx), business intelligence (Cognos Analytics, Planning Analytics, OpenPages), and automation (Cloud Pak for Business Automation, IBM Business Automation Workflow, IBM Robotic Process Automation, IBM ODM). Deliver compelling technical demonstrations and proofs-of-concept to prospective clients. Act as subject matter expert on AI models, business intelligence, financial planning, and automation for sales engagements. Advise clients on strategic adoption of Agentic AI/GenAI and intelligent automation to solve business challenges and drive innovation. Create pre‑sales technical enablement for sales teams on the latest features and competitive advantages of the AI and automation portfolio. Support customers across the sales cycle and assist with RFP/RFI and other technical questionnaires. Build and deliver custom demonstrations, MVPs, and POCs to clients in finance and healthcare industries showcasing collaborative Data and AI capabilities. Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales teams to ensure an accurate understanding of platform capabilities and value propositions. Utilize Watsonx, IBM Cloud, AWS, Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, Linux/Windows OS. Qualifications Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (or Bachelor’s degree plus five years of progressive experience). At least one year of experience as a Software Technical Specialist, Data Engineer, or related role. Hands‑on experience with Watsonx, IBM Cloud, AWS, Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, Linux/Windows OS.
