Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVICU Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel ICU Registered Nurse (RN) Shift Details Night Shift - 7 PM to 7:30 AM (3 shifts per week) Must be available for 6 weekend shifts within a 6-week schedule. Qualifications Valid Arizona Nursing License Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an ICU setting Key Skills Required Experience in Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Proficient in the management of ventilators and vasoactive drips Preferred Skills Experience with open heart procedures Familiarity with balloon pump management Knowledge of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) Typical Procedures Post Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) care Vascular procedures Other Requirements Willingness to float to other units including Medical ICU and Progressive Care Unit as needed.
