Electrical Engineer

This role is for a Project Manager IV leading large-scale power generation construction projects (solar, energy storage, and gas). It’s a highly senior, high-impact position overseeing multi-year, $75M–$500M capital projects with significant financial and operational risk.

You’ll lead large, cross-functional teams, own full project lifecycle execution (planning, budgeting, resourcing, and delivery), and regularly interface with executive leadership, board members, and external stakeholders . The role requires strong technical expertise in high voltage/thermal systems and the ability to manage complex, enterprise-level initiatives from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience with high voltage and/or thermal systems
• Proven background managing large capital construction projects (multi-million dollar scope)
• Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and complex project execution
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communication at a high level

Nice to Have:

• PMP certification
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
