You Will Greet and register patients and family members Manage appointments and daily schedule Provide patients and families with appropriate forms and informational documents Provide customer service Escalate any issues, questions, or calls to the appropriate parties You Have High School Diploma or equivalent 2–3 years of customer service experience in a high‑volume dental or medical office setting Strong critical thinking and analytical skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet Bilingual in English/Spanish Preferred Strong background in a patient care environment Benefits Medical, vision and dental insurance, Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts, PTO, short and long‑term disability, and 401(k) No on‑call, no holidays, no weekends Bonus eligibility Blue Cloud is an equal opportunity employer.
