Cost Accountant
RPM Staffing Professionals, Inc.
Job Description RPM Staffing is seeking an accomplished Cost Accountant with experience in a manufacturing environment. The well qualified candidate will be responsible for the accuracy of the company’s cost accounting records, including job costing utilizing standard costs, profitability and variance analysis, and related reporting to management. Job Duties Include Support Plant Controller in day-to-day accounting duties Assist in management of cost accounting functions including establishing standard costs and analyzing labor and overhead Prepare journal entries and maintain support Ensures all financial policies and procedures are followed and maintained Reconcile and maintain balance sheet account integrity Analyze P&L variance accounts Reviews labor cost by department Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred 2+ years experience with Cost Accounting Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines Must have excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook Bilingual a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr RPM Staffing Professionals Inc.
