PT Nurse Practitioner

Part‑Time NP – Hebron & Erlanger, KY. Location: Hebron, KY, US Operation Hours: Tuesday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm / Thursday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm / Friday, 7:30 am–12:00 pm Responsibilities Provide medical patient care by interviewing, examining, and treating patients in accordance with Vigilant Health protocols. Educate patients on wellness, prevention and early detection by providing materials and resources to the patients and families. Determine level of urgency of follow‑up, referral or consultation appointments. Prescribe appropriate medical treatment and medications as outlined by Vigilant Health’s VP Clinical Operations and Chief Medical Officer. Demonstrate the effective management of the plan member population. Assure that appropriate provider coverage is available during clinic hours. Document all services timely in the patient medical record for accuracy. Assure integration of well‑being programs as available with each client. Consult with clinic physician as needed regarding patient care, assessment, and education issues. Assist in resolution of complaints and inquiries from patients. Maintain confidentiality of all patient information according to federal guidelines and regulations. Work with a level of autonomy. Support clinic operations by supervising staff and providing other services as needed. Qualifications Master’s degree in nursing. Current DEA registration.
