ATMS Dispatch Operator — Freeway Safety (2nd Shift)

AECOM is seeking a Dispatcher/Operator in Atlanta, Georgia to manage communications for the Coordinated Highway Assistance and Maintenance Program (CHAMP). You will play a pivotal role in ensuring roadside assistance is provided effectively to stranded motorists across the state. Your responsibilities will involve dispatching patrollers, monitoring traffic flow via surveillance systems, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
