Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges.
• Develop personalized service plans, outlining specific goals, interventions, and methods for tracking progress over time.
• Deliver individual and family counseling sessions tailored to support clients navigating life’s complexities.
• Facilitate connections to essential community resources to promote client well-being and access to services.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning, as necessary.
• Engage collaboratively with various community agencies, advocating for clients’ needs and coordinating services effectively.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
