Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and needs, integrating various diagnostic tools and interviews.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that outline short- and long-term goals based on individual client needs and preferences.
• Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique situation, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with state regulations and best practices, ensuring that client information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and counselors, to provide holistic care and coordinated services.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies, ensuring they feel supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas is mandatory.
