Inventory Business Systems Analyst

Inventory Business Systems Analyst
We are actively seeking a highly experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in data center inventory management and extensive hands-on involvement with Salesforce Objects (SO), Oracle Fusion, Oracle CPQ, and ERP systems.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of BSA experience and a solid track record of driving end-to-end enterprise application integration projects, specifically in inventory and operations environments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Inventory Management, Product Management, Data Center Ops, Engineering, Sales) to document business and technical requirements.
- Create and manage user stories, business problem statements, acceptance criteria, and test plans related to inventory management.
- Drive impact analysis and discovery across enterprise systems: CRM, CPQ/Quoting, Order Management, Subscription Management, Service Delivery, and Finance.
- Develop system architecture diagrams, UI wireframes, and data flow models to support solution design.
- Ensure seamless communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables.
- Lead validation and reconciliation efforts during testing and data migration phases.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- Strong domain knowledge in data center inventory management and operations.
- Proven history of successful enterprise software implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (including SO), Oracle Fusion, Oracle CPQ, and ERP systems integration.
- Familiarity with Atlassian Jira, MS Visio, or equivalent tools.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
