Machine Set-Up/Operator

Job Description Job Description Local plant in Tonawanda looking for a production operator to set-up and maintain machines!! 1st shift hours 6am-2:30pm Mon-Fri + OT Pay varies based on experience, starting $20/hr. REQUIREMENTS: -Must have 2+ years of experience performing machine set-ups, preventative maintenance experience preferred -Experience with hand and power tools required -Hydraulic and mechanical experience required -Must have a high level of mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills -Solid work history and reliability is required JOB DUTIES: -Monitor machines for dimensions, material, issues etc. -Set-up machines per customer order requirements by adjusting rails, dimensions, offsets, etc. -Perform routine maintenance on machines -Make sure production runs are set-up correctly -Perform basic repairs on machines and equipment -Assist in production as needed \nCompany Description At APS we're your down-to-earth, hometown staffing team.
