Job Description Customer Service Representative (Contract to Hire or Direct Hire | Fully Onsite) Position Summary We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our client on a Contract to Hire or Direct-Hire basis. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone who has prior experience providing customer service and order entry functions in a manufacturing environment. Position Details Job Type: Contract to Hire or Direct Hire Hours: Monday ??? Key Responsibilities Providing customer service via phone or email Performing customer order entry into ERP system Communicating with vendors for customer pricing quotes Liaising between warehouse, third party vendors, sales team, and customers Providing one call resolution for any customer concerns or inquiries Addressing customer concerns, related to product or shipment discrepancies Processing customer returns or exchanges as needed, assisting in filing claims for shortages or damages Qualifications include 2-3 or more years of experience in customer service/order entry Experience providing customer service in a manufacturing/production environment required Prior use of ERP/MRP systems; strong Excel skills Strong follow up skills, strong sense of urgency High energy individual, goal-oriented and takes ownership of order entry process Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour Search managed by: Marissa Osorio Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
