Customer Service Representative

Cypress Creek Financial LLC provides state licensed consumer financial services. Position: Inbound Customer Service Representative Compensation: Starting hourly base rate of $17.00 per hour plus bonus(es). Inbound Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from enrolled customers, identify customer needs, and offer the most appropriate resource or resolution. Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using company procedures. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunities to build rapport. Answer billing questions by discussing account components with customers. Inbound Customer Service Representative Required Skills: Time‑management: ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Outstanding organizational skills and great attention to detail. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Computer savvy: above‑average knowledge of telephonic and CRM systems. Proficient in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred but not required). Additional Information: Many of the successful hires we have made over the past few years have come from call center environments. We provide an in‑house training program. No experience necessary.
