Customer Service Representative
America's Got Soccer is one of the fastest-growing youth soccer programs in the country. We're passionate about delivering fun, high-energy experiences that create lasting memories for kids and their families.
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on building relationships with families, creating opportunities, and closing deals. If you're someone who thrives in a competitive environment, loves the hustle, and gets excited about hitting targets and driving growth we want to hear from you.
Drive Enrollment Growth
- Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
- Proactively generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Track all interactions accurately using CRM systems
Customer Relationship Building
- Build strong rapport with parents and guardians
- Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit programs
- Deliver a high-energy, positive, and professional experience
Sales Execution
- Confidently present program offerings and value propositions
- Overcome objections and close enrollments
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets
Bilingual Customer Support
- Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
- Ensure all families feel supported, informed, and confident
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with operations and program teams
- Share customer insights and feedback to improve offerings
