Overview Sales Associate – Once Upon a Child Urbandale, IA Once Upon a Child Urbandale is looking for fun, outgoing, hardworking team players who love staying busy and creating a positive experience for families. Location: 10465 Hickman Rd., Urbandale, IA Position Details Shifts include: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM Work Availability Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM Full-Time: Minimum 30 hours/week with open weekend availability Part-Time: Minimum 15 hours/week with open weekend availability Starting Pay: Competitive, based on experience What You’ll Do Provide friendly, efficient customer service Assist with merchandising, organizing, and maintaining a clean sales floor Process merchandise quickly and accurately Multitask and stay productive in a fast-paced environment Support your team with a positive, can-do attitude Adapt to changing priorities throughout the day What Makes You a Great Fit Fun, outgoing, and kind Strong multitasking and time-management skills Hardworking and dependable Team-oriented and positive Adapts easily to change Thrives in a busy, fast-moving environment Able to lift up to 40 lbs Comfortable standing for long periods of time Perks & Benefits Employee discount on gently used kids’ items 401(k) (must meet eligibility requirements) Flexible scheduling Fun, energetic, family-focused work environment Opportunities for growth and skill development Supportive leadership and a team that values kindness and accountability #J-18808-Ljbffr
