Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans with quarterly quota targets through new account development and strategic growth initiatives
• Lead clinical and economic presentations to hospital staff, physicians, and administrators; facilitate value analysis approvals
• Develop and maintain key opinion leader relationships; cultivate physician champions and corporate advocates
• Coordinate with clinical specialists and support teams around business plans and account launches
• Manage territory expenses, inventory, and product returns while ensuring regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 5+ years of directly related medical device sales experience
• Medical device sales background in interventional cardiology or structural heart preferred
• Strong business acumen with ability to target and prioritize key accounts
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility and overcome obstacles with diverse stakeholders
• Thorough knowledge of medical device market, products, and customer base
• Emotional intelligence and ability to manage complex schedules and relationships
