Signature Collection Quality Control Manager

Role Description Shawmut Services is seeking a highly motivated Quality Control Manager for a petitioning program. The Manager will support the Regional Field Director (RFD), manage the intake of petitions throughout the program, and maintain processes for documentation, storage, and affidavit corrections. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Manage the daily intake of petitions Develop and maintain a strict process for documenting, storing petitions, and managing timely affidavit corrections Collaborate with Regional Field Director and project directors to analyze forms and aid in developing performance reviews Ensure reporting and accountability protocols are followed to provide up-to-date, actionable data and information to leadership Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required Prior organizing experience preferred (paid, volunteer, or internship) Ability to learn new technology quickly Availability to work long and unusual hours, including some weekends and nights, especially leading up to project deadlines Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team Preferred: reliable vehicle; all applicants must own a laptop, cell phone, and reliable vehicle Compensation Salary range: $72,000 – $78,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage for full-time employees who remain with the company for more than three months, a monthly cell-phone stipend, and paid travel, lodging, and other job-related expenses.
