Quality Assurance Associate Greater Kansas City - On Site | Contract A global animal health company is hiring a contract Quality Assurance Associate to work on a record digitation project at its Greater Kansas City site. This is 12-month contract role with chance for extension/conversion. You'll be at the center of transitioning physical quality records into a modernized digital archive system and collaborating directly with Global IT, ensuring GxP compliance every step of the way, and helping build the processes that will support the site long after the project wraps. What you'll be doing: Supporting the rollout of a Global Digital Archive System alongside Global IT Labeling, organizing, and inventorying documentation for digital archiving Verifying metadata accuracy across physical and electronic records Drafting and updating SOPs and best practice documentation Training QA staff on the new system and archival processes Supporting audit readiness through accurate, retrievable records management What you'll need: Bachelor's degree (scientific discipline preferred) or HS diploma with 4+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Exceptional attention to detail - this role involves repetitive, high-accuracy data entry and physical organization What will set you apart: 1-3 years in QA, Records Management, or a regulated administrative role Prior experience with digital archive systems in pharma or biotech Comfortable working with new software and cross-functional IT teams Ability to work independently while maintaining data integrity standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
