About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Quality Officer (CQO) to lead a transformative, data-oriented approach to quality, safety, and clinical outcomes. The successful candidate will be a key member of the senior leadership team, with a focus on providing high-quality, community-based care. This role is pivotal in moving the organization toward a more predictive, operational, and data-informed model of clinical excellence, and the CQO will be responsible for quality, safety, clinical outcomes, regulatory performance, analytics, and performance transformation across various care settings. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, visible leader with a strategic mindset, capable of engaging with all levels of the organization and driving a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Applicants for the CQO position at the company should be well-rounded healthcare quality leaders, with a deep knowledge of contemporary quality and process improvement practices. Familiarity with methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma is essential. While a clinical background is preferred, the ability to build trust, exercise influence, and translate quality strategy into measurable improvement is of utmost importance. The role requires a champion of evidence-based practices in healthcare, who can establish clear priorities, measurable goals, and accountability structures to ensure the highest-impact opportunities are addressed. The CQO will also be expected to support and lead key governance, quality, and medical staff committees, and serve as a trusted advisor on matters related to quality, safety, and performance.
