We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in La Salle, Texas. In this role, you will assess and treat patients with a variety of physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges, creating individualized therapy plans to help them regain independence and improve their overall quality of life. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care and improving community health.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional conditions
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to address individual needs and goals
• Provide hands-on therapy and interventions aimed at improving motor skills, daily living activities, and cognitive function
• Track and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal recovery
• Educate patients and their families about therapy techniques and long-term strategies for maintaining progress
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Texas
• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and interventions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to treat a wide range of patients, from pediatric to geriatric populations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
