Human Resources Business Partner

A growth-oriented manufacturing company is seeking an HR Business Partner to join its leadership team at a facility in NE Wisconsin. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to be a true strategic partner to site leadership — not just an administrator. What You'll Do Serve as the primary HR business partner to site leadership, providing guidance on workforce strategy, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness Coach and develop frontline managers and supervisors on performance management, accountability, and communication Maintain a strong, visible floor presence to build trust with frontline employees and identify opportunities for improvement Own core HR processes including onboarding, compensation administration, talent development, and HRIS management Support organizational design and change management as the site evolves Ensure compliance with employment law and company policy What We're Looking For 5+ years of progressive HR experience supporting a manufacturing, distribution, or other operational workforce Demonstrated experience as a primary HR partner to a site or operational leadership team Comfort and credibility on the production floor across multiple shifts A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — someone who can operate independently and doesn't need heavy direction Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered Why This Role High-visibility seat at the leadership table during a period of meaningful growth Real ownership across HR, and culture-building initiatives Opportunity to directly shape site strategy alongside an invested leadership team Competitive compensation and full benefits package #J-18808-Ljbffr StevenDouglas
