We specialize in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage restoration, biohazard and sewage cleanup, and emergency restoration services. We work with property managers, HOAs, real estate professionals, and commercial buildings to help them respond quickly to property emergencies.Role and Responsibilities:You will mainly focus on relationship building and company visibility.Business DevelopmentVisit apartment complexes and property management officesIntroduce Mr. & Mrs. Restore servicesLeave marketing materials and contact informationBuild relationships with property managers and leasing officesNetworking & OutreachAttend local business events or chamber meetingsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to position Mr. and Mrs. Restore as a trusted partnerVisit construction companies and maintenance teamsLead GenerationIdentify and prioritize target markets and customer segments, focusing on property managers, rental communities, and commercial property ownersCollect contact information for decision makersSchedule meetings for the ownerSocial PresenceHelp record short videos of projects for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and othersShare company updates on LinkedIn / InstagramPromote company brand locallyMonitor comments and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Ideal CandidatePerfect for students from University of South Florida (USF) Sarasota-Manatee and State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF). Or any university in the area; not limited to just one location.Traits:Friendly and confident, organized, comfortable meeting new people, interest in sales or entrepreneurship, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to create visually appealing and engaging content, no restoration experience required.Compensation:$20/hourPaid internshipWeekly Work PlanKey Objectives:Visit 10–15 properties per weekSchedule 3–5 meetingsAdd 20 new contacts to CRM
