Commercial Assistant
Integrated Resources Inc
Handle customer projections along with entering and following up in project management tools Coordinating activities with another functions including sampling for clients and consumer tests. Manage all commercial data (MDM request, CMIRs, price and price conditions, M&L notices, product portfolio, and product submissions) Prepare and organize client meetings and submissions Handle daily administrative requests from the clients. Collaborate with Customer Care to ensure client satisfaction File and maintain all commercial documents, including contracts and agreements Prepare analytics and reporting when needed by the account team. Help account managers with demand planning, budget, etc. Manage the teams calendars, expenses, and travel when needed. Associates Degree (Bachelors preferred).
