Customer Service Specialist - Healthcare Services
Location: Las Vegas, NV (onsite 5 days per week NOT remote)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20-22/hr (paid weekly) + benefits
Duration: 4-month contract-to-hire (long-term growth opportunity)

Qualifications

* *Degree and/or certificate in healthcare related field*
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
* Familiarity with healthcare documentation and insurance processes (preferred)
* Customer-first mindset and attention to detail
What You'll Do

* Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients and healthcare providers
* Process orders, verify documentation, and schedule equipment deliveries
* Educate patients on financial responsibilities and insurance coverage
* Review and enter information into EMR systems accurately
* Obtain pre-authorizations and verify insurance eligibility
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
