Registered Nurse – Labor and DeliveryNight shift, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.Guaranteed Hours: 36.00 Contract Weeks: 10RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Current Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) certification required.Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.At least two years of recent experience in labor and delivery preferred.Competency in Intermediate Fetal Monitoring preferred.Experience in NICU is needed.ResponsibilitiesDeliver coordinated nursing care for patients in the labor and delivery unit.Supervise and direct nursing staff as needed, ensuring quality patient care.Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout the process.Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.All associates must receive required vaccinations as a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions available.
